Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care.

Returns Policy (Important)
⚠️ We do not accept returns.
Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, Bumby does not offer returns on any items. We kindly request customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

It must be in original condition, with tags intact

It must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order ID / receipt) is required
To request an exchange, please contact us first. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your exchange request is approved:

We will share return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)

Once the original product passes quality control (QC), the replacement will be shipped

Replacement delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after QC approval

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is:

Kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personal care and baby care products (including diapers, wipes, creams, baby food, postpartum care food)

Period panties once opened or used

Customised or personalised products

Gift cards
Refund Policy
Since Bumby follows an exchange-only policy, refunds are generally not applicable.
However, a refund will be issued in the following cases:

The requested exchange item is out of stock

We are unable to fulfil the exchange due to operational reasons
In such cases:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

The amount will reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping Policy
