Shipping policy

At Bumby, we work hard to ensure your orders reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All Bumby orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Pune and Mumbai, India, depending on product availability at the time of order.
 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Pan India: 3 to 7 business days

  • Mumbai & Pune  – Express Delivery:

    • Next-day delivery available for select pincodes only

    • Applicable for orders placed before 12:00 PM

    • Additional charge of ₹149

    • Customers must contact customer care to request express delivery

📌 Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM,
     Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Delivery Confirmation

  • All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery

  • If you are unavailable, please arrange for an alternative person (family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.) to receive the package on your behalf

Damages, Shortages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery

  • Any shortages, incorrect items, or visible damage must be reported to our customer care on the same day of delivery

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted
